Studio Purpose

Why we built More Than Normal

Before starting More Than Normal, Alex spent 11 years managing IT, six years teaching Computing, and four years as a school governor.

Those roles shaped a particular approach to technology: understand the systems properly, explain them clearly, and take responsibility for the decisions made around them.

He later completed a BSc (Hons) in Computing with The Open University before founding More Than Normal to bring those disciplines together: technical search engineering, clear communication, and accountable delivery.
