I am a Canterbury-based developer, former IT Manager, school governor, and teacher. I started this studio because I recognized a specific need in the Kent business community. Local organizations wanted professional, high-performance web assets, but they required transparent, upfront pricing. I established More Than Normal to offer a reliable, consultative middle path: elite, custom-coded websites at a sensible, fixed cost.

My background in teaching has directly shaped how I communicate technical concepts. I prioritize explaining complex architecture clearly, ensuring clients feel confident and informed throughout the development process (no smoke, no mirrors, and zero jargon).

During my four years as a school governor and time as an IT Manager, I developed a practical understanding of how organizations function, how decisions are made, and what institutions need from their digital systems. I am not learning theory in a vacuum; I apply modern computing standards to solve real-world problems for local businesses.
