1. Our Services

More Than Normal provides professional branding, copywriting, search optimization, web design, and systems engineering from our studio in Canterbury, Kent.

By commissioning a project or reserving an interactive prototype through our digital project planner, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms detailed below.

2. Prototypes and Dedication Model

Clients may commission an initial interactive visual prototype for £300, delivered within in one week.

• The prototype comprises three interactive layouts representing initial mobile and desktop layouts.
• If you choose to progress with the full build of the website within 28 days of prototype delivery, the £300 fee is deducted from the final project balance.
• If you decide not to proceed with the build, the prototype fee remains non-refundable, representing completed design discovery.

3. Project Scope and Pricing

Our design structures are billed at fixed, transparent rates agreed in writing prior to commencing engineering. Any changes to the agreed page layouts, booking integrations, or feature specifications requested after development begins may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property and File Ownership

Upon receipt of final payment, full intellectual property and structural ownership of the final web build is transferred entirely to you.

We deploy the files directly to your secure personal Google account or chosen workspace directory. We do not apply ongoing developer licensing lock-ins. We retain the right to showcase screenshots and case studies of completed work within our studio portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Hosting and Ongoing Care

For sites deployed outside our optional managed care service (£25/month), the client assumes full responsibility for hosting configuration, domain renewals, form handling, and cloud storage compliance once the project is transferred.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these provisions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
