Do I need a new website, or can mine be fixed?

Most sites can be improved without being replaced. A new one is worth proposing only when the structure itself is the limit. That means pages that cannot be made fast. Pages an assistant cannot read cleanly. Pages you cannot add to without paying a developer every time.

The audit is how that gets decided, in writing, before you spend anything larger. Several audits have ended with us saying the site was worth keeping. That is a finished job, not a failed sale.
