What if it turns out not to be worth doing?
Then More Than Normal tells you, and you keep the report. We turn work down for that reason. It is the least popular thing we do.
The audit is a paid, independent diagnosis. It is allowed to conclude that no new website is needed, and when it does, it says so plainly and stops there.
The section recommending a new website is only included when the findings genuinely support it. If your clients arrive by referral and your capacity is full, search work will not change much, and that is worth knowing before you spend rather than after.
